Malaysia Business Visit (BV) 2018 starts on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. At 3 a.m., we gathered at Juanda airport and checked-in together. Then at 5 a.m., we departed from Surabaya to Kuala Lumpur. Arriving at KLIA2 airport, we took a bus to Genting Skywalk. We continued on to Genting riding the cable car. Next, we looked for food and took a walk in Genting. Starting from walking around the mall, looking for food, to entering the casino.

The next day, we checked out at around 9.30. Next we had breakfast and prepared to go to the cable car to return to KLIA2. We arrived at KLIA2 around 12.00 and looked for food at the airport. Today, the group will visit Air Asia office at KLIA2. At the Air Asia office, we were welcomed by Aisyah who is a Talent Management Manager. The visit was divided into 2 sessions, namely the Air Asia introductory session and the office tour session. From the introductory session of Air Asia, we were provided with information regarding the history of Air Asia, the value held by the company, and the business strategy that was implemented in achieving competitive advantage in facing intense competition with other companies. The visit to Air Asia lasted around 2 hours and then we continued our journey to the hotel riding the bus from KLIA2 – KL Sentral. Arriving at the hotel, we immediately took care of check-in and put luggage. Then had dinner at KLCC (Petronas Twin Tower) and took pictures.

The third day was the day the group visited Asia-E University located in Subang Jaya. We left at 8.00 and arrived there at around 9.00. Arriving at Asia-E university, we were invited to tour the building and arrived at the library. Next we were invited to get to know the Asia-E university by listening to a word from the dean. The learning system applied by the Asia-E University is quite unique, which is based online. After the event was finished, there was also a group photo session and souvenir exchange.

After visited Asia-E university, we continued our journey to Batu Cave that is known as the icon of Malaysia. Our journey continued from Batu Cave to Aquaria KLCC. There, we saw many large sea animals in the aquarium. From Aquaria, we went back to the hotel to take a break and get ready for dinner. Dinner was done at Bukit Bintang and continued with a walk in the area.

The fourth day was spent from morning to evening at Sunway which is an entertainment area consisting of a theme park (Sunway Lagoon) and a mall (Sunway Pyramid). In the afternoon, we returned to the hotel and prepared to buy souvenirs at Sungei Wang. Sungei Wang is a souvenir center in Kuala Lumpur and is not far from Bukit Bintang and Pavillion. The fifth day is the last day of our BV. That morning, we took time to visit Putra Jaya, the center of the Malaysian government. After Putrajaya, we immediately went to the airport to return to Surabaya. The flight to Surabaya departed at 21.00 Malaysia time and we arrived in Surabaya at 23.00. This is the end of BV Malaysia which provides many valuable lessons and experiences.
