Mid-July 2022, on July 10-12, 2022, the Indonesian Master of Management Study Program Alliance, or APMMI, held a core management meeting and discussion on the Learning Outcomes of Graduates (CPL) of the Indonesian Master of Management study program. This CPL is a mandate from the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture number 3 of 2020, where the CPL in the field of General Attitudes and Skills is determined by the Minister of Education and Culture, while the study program forum determines the CPL in knowledge and skills.

APMMI CPL drafting meeting was held in Bandung, resulting in a decision that CPL MM Study Program graduates from MM study program in Indonesia are expected to master knowledge, theory, and conceptual frameworks of management and business. As for the unique skills, namely being able to apply knowledge, theory, and conceptual frameworks of management and business with an inter or multi-disciplinary approach and solve organizational problems through business and management studies.

Both the CPL of special knowledge and skills are the minimum requirements to be delivered in all Indonesian MM study programs so that MM study programs can develop additional CPLs that reflect their differentiation from similar MM study programs.

It is hoped that with the standard CPL, all graduates of the MM study program have the same minimum knowledge and skills throughout Indonesia.

This result is a mutual agreement between the core management and the invitees consisting of UI, Binus, ITB, UGM, Samratulangi, Ubaya, Sriwijaya, Unair, Brawijaya, Udayana, Telkom Univ., Andalas, and Undip.
