Handover of 11th Generation Leadership Club and Ubaya FBE Postgraduate Alumni Gathering

Tuesday, July 31, 2018, the Leadership Club once again held a Handover from the BPH LC 10 to the BPH LC 11 accompanied by a workshop with Master of Management and Master of Accounting alumni from various generations. The event began with a speech from the Chair of the Master of Management Study Program, Dr. Putu Anom Mahadwartha, SE, MM, CSA. He expressed his gratitude to the LC 10 BPH who had worked hard during their tenure and congratulated the BPH LC 11. Not to forget he also invited active students to participate in the competition Previously, Ubaya students, especially Master of Management and Master of Accounting, became champions.

The event continued with remarks from the President of LC 10, Andrean Kisima, Oei, S.Psi., which tells of his impression when carrying out his position as the President with lot of shortcomings, but leads many people who he thinks are more capable than him. Trust and empowerment of all elements in LC 10 are the principles held by Andrean during his tenure as LC 10 President. Lecturer in the Department of Accounting and former BPH LC 5, Mr. Aris Surya Putra, S.E., M.Ak. also conveyed that becoming an LC BPH should not be considered a burden, but rather a means to develop soft skills and networking. Like basketball, when it is pressed down, the ball will bounce higher. The success of these LC friends is also unpredictable, so networking can help us someday, especially about business or handling the problems we face.


Then, the event continued with the procession of handover positions from the LC BPH 10 to the LC BPH 11. The composition of the LC 11 BPH consists of:

  • President: Yeremia Sugianto (replacing Andrean Kisima, Oei)
  • Internal Vice President: Rolan Patrada (replacing Yessica Anggraini Sutanto)
  • External Vice President: Eva Fuad Aldy (replacing Anthony Hertanyo)
  • Secretary & Treasurer: Wayan Karsana (replacing Reneldis Lisdiana Wea and Mitha Novia Widjaja)

The LC 11 president in his work program said that a number of work programs for the next semester will start from the closest event, namely Adinurani activities which will be held on August 8, 11 and 12, 2018. New things or improvements to the work system from LC 11 are 360 ​​degree implementation feedback, filing system updates, and document standardization. LC 11 has a tagline ‘Creating Harmony’ which is inspired by the quotes of the Head of the Master of Accounting Study Program, Dr. Bonnie Soeherman, S.E., M.Ak. namely “Good manager creates money. Good leader creates harmony “. Harmony makes small things grow, while lack of harmony causes damage to big things.

The event ended with message from senior lecturer Dr. Drs. Wiyono Pontjoharyo, M.M., Ak., CMA. He conveyed 3 important points about the essence of the Leadership Club, namely momentum, meaning, and fellowship.
